Online Presence
The website is built! I have some more work to do on the map - I am adding the county boundaries and I would like to map the map clickable to display demographic data. We have user registration and profile, a virginian role allowing access to special features, a blog for the News page, an overview of Philosophy, Party Development and Solutions, a Polling Center, and a Map. A mailing list has been created. A forums site has been created with categories specific to Virginia. Go to the forums and give me more ideas about where we can take this.
Party Structure
For right now, there is a chairman. We need a vice-chairman, a treasurer and a membership coordinator.
Party Strategy
Build the grassroots. Discuss solutions. Develop leaders. Gather donations. Elect local and state officials.
Leadership Development
The Georgia Whigs are working on software to help track and develop leaders. We will use this when it is available.
Grassroots
We need to spread the word and get people to join us. Any ideas?
